Guests can choose from a roomy, authentic 1960’s house or walk down Abbey Road to a shipping container converted for you to enjoy a most unique stay.
Fab 4 Village consists of:
- The Fab 4 House: 4 bedroom, 3 bath house
- The Container Experience: three individual 1 bedroom, 1 bath shipping container units
- Outdoor Amenities Including: Authentic period gazebo, large concrete lanai, covered grill, island and garage that has been converted into a spacious bar (The Branch Water Lounge) with a massive 8-foot bar and fireplace. Outdoor space can accommodate larger gatherings

The house has four bedrooms, including a master suite, and all are decorated with period pieces and fun, vibrant colors.
The home offers a modern kitchen, completely stocked with cooking equipment and vintage dishes and tableware, a 1968 Hi-Fi stereo with all your favorite Beatles albums while serving cocktails from the Tiki bar. There’s an expansive outdoor grill and island counter, and the garage has been converted into a spacious bar (The Branch Water Lounge) with a massive 8-foot bar and fireplace.
Unwind in one of three upcycled 8′ x 40′ shipping containers. Each unit has one bed, one bath, small kitchen and living space.
